A Full Range of Aluminum Machining & Fabrication Services
As a leading global producer of aluminum parts, Alfiniti machines and fabricates the tube, pipe, and extrusions we supply, so one partner takes your part from raw material to finished component. Select a service to see the detail.
Precision Cutting and Sawing
Alfiniti saws aluminum tube, pipe, bar, and extrusions to length, cutting parts from 0.375 inches up to 33 feet with cut-length precision up to plus or minus 0.005 inches and square, deburred ends, in the alloy and temper you specify. Because we manufacture the aluminum we cut, your material and your finished cut piece come from one source.
We run cut-to-length work from prototype quantities through high-volume production, deburr by rotary-knife chamfer, brush, or tumble, and stage cut blanks for any punching, machining, or finishing on the same order. Send your length, end-finish, and tolerance requirements and we will cut to them.
Common applications:
- Cut-to-length tube for frames and structural members
- Handrail and railing components
- Automotive and trailer tubing
- Furniture and fixture legs, spacers, and standoffs
- Blanks staged for further machining

Punching and Notching
Alfiniti punches and notches your parts to print, placing holes, slots, and notches exactly where your assembly needs them so parts arrive ready to fasten, fold, and join. We match the hole sizes, patterns, spacing, and tolerances on your drawing.
Because we fabricate the same aluminum we manufacture, punching and notching combine with cutting, machining, deburring, and finishing on a single order, in production volumes, so parts reach you ready to assemble with no secondary work on your floor.
Common applications:
- Window and door frames
- Railing and guardrail systems
- Enclosures and chassis
- Mounting brackets
- Frame corners that are notched and folded

Bending and Forming
Alfiniti forms aluminum tube and extrusions up to 5.000 inches OD, with bending, swaging, stamping, and end-forming and flaring, holding the shape without kinking, cracking, or wall collapse. We confirm the alloy and temper that will hold both the radius and the finish you need.
We form parts from prototype through production and combine bending with cutting, machining, welding, and finishing on one order. For our full forming capability, see our dedicated custom aluminum tube bending page.
Common applications:
- Handrails and bow rails
- Walkers and mobility aids
- Meubles d'extérieur
- Tubulures automobiles
- Architectural curves and trim

Machining and Drilling
Alfiniti machines and drills your aluminum parts to print, with drilling, conventional and CNC milling, and conventional and CNC turning, cutting the bores, flats, mounting faces, and machined features your design calls for, in the alloy and temper you specify.
Machining runs from low volumes through full production and combines with our cutting, forming, welding, and finishing, so a raw profile leaves as a finished, functional component. Send a drawing with your tolerances and material and we will machine to it.
Common applications:
- Machined fittings and connectors
- Manifolds and threaded end pieces
- Precision brackets
- Bushings and spacers
- Custom hardware

Usinage CNC
Alfiniti runs CNC milling and turning to produce complex, repeatable aluminum parts that hold the same geometry and tolerances from the first piece to the last, well suited to demanding alloys such as 6061 and 7075.
CNC lets us hold intricate features across long production runs and pair them with our material supply and finishing, so you source the finished part from one partner. Provide your model or print and target volumes and we will scope the run.
Common applications:
- Aerospace and defense components
- Precision turned and milled parts
- High-volume production components where consistency is critical

Soudure
Alfiniti welds and joins your aluminum components into finished assemblies using MIG and TIG welding, with base metal and filler selected up front for sound, durable joints suited to the alloy and the loads the part will carry. We also join by adhesive bonding, riveting, and mechanical fasteners, and build assemblies that cannot be extruded or machined as one piece.
Welding combines with our cutting, forming, machining, and finishing, so a multi-part assembly is fabricated, joined, and finished on one order. Tell us the alloy and the service loads and we will weld to suit.
Common applications:
- Frames and structural assemblies
- Marine railings and hardware
- Fabricated enclosures and housings
- Tanks and vessels

Best Aluminum Alloys for Machining
Machinability varies by alloy and temper. These are the workhorses most manufacturers reach for when a part needs to be machined, and we will help you confirm the right choice for your application.
6061
The all-purpose structural alloy. Strong, weldable, corrosion resistant, and machines cleanly, which makes it the default for brackets, fittings, and load-bearing parts.
2011
The free-machining specialist. Excellent chip control and fast cycle times make it ideal for high-volume turned parts, fasteners, and screw-machine work.
7075
The high-strength choice. Rivals many steels in strength-to-weight, favored for aerospace, defense, and demanding structural parts where performance is critical.
6063
The extrusion and finish favorite. Great surface quality and corrosion resistance for architectural profiles and parts that will be anodized or polished.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can Alfiniti machine and fabricate parts from the aluminum it supplies?
Yes. Alfiniti is an aluminum manufacturer first, so the same partner that supplies your tube and extrusions also machines and fabricates them. You get material and machining on one order, with one team accountable from raw stock to finished component.
Which aluminum alloys are best for machining?
6061 is the all-purpose structural choice, 2011 is a free-machining alloy ideal for high-volume turned parts, 7075 delivers high strength for aerospace and defense work, and 6063 offers excellent surface quality for parts that will be anodized or polished. We help you confirm the best alloy and temper for your application.
Can Alfiniti handle high-volume production runs?
Yes. Our CNC and sawing capabilities are built for repeatable, production-grade output, so you get consistent quality from the first piece to the last across large orders. Tell us your annual volumes and release schedule and we will scope the run accordingly.
Can you finish the parts after machining?
Yes. We offer a full range of surface treatments, including anodizing, painting, and powder coating, so your machined and fabricated parts can leave finished and ready to use.
What do you need to quote my part?
A drawing or sample, your target alloy and temper if known, key tolerances, finish requirements, and estimated volumes are enough for us to get started. If you are not sure of the best material, we will help you select it.
